BOD members present. PBReefer, ScottM, Icedgxe, And Area51

1.. We discussed the allocation of our moneys in the treasury. We agreed on purchasing 5 door prizes in the amount of $20 each.
     There are vendors who have already agreed to giving donated Door Prizes. We will send request to other vendors about adding to the list of prizes.
2.. A ReefKeeper Lite will be purchased. Raffle tickets will be purchased in order to win this Controller. Tickets will be sold at $5 each. All money from 
    raffle sales and additional money will be put back into the treasury.
3.. The discussion about moving non paying vendors to the "other" thread in the vendor section. Only paying vendors will have their own header.
4.. BOD Guidelines were discussed.
