Hey,

I've been having some issues signing into the site...I get different issues saying check cookie settings but Then even if i change them it still doesnt let me sign in...However, if i select the always logged in check the  site allows me to to sign in....Also recently when iput my password in it comes back witha error message the say site logon error try again in 15 seconds...Then i'll try again and it says password wrong..i put the same password in 10 times sooner or later bam i'm in...can i get some guidance on this...is it user error or system error

I haven't ever heard of this happening to anyone before. I'd say try switching browsers. Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try using Firefox.

Does the issue happen on other computers?

D, Do you access the site from your mobile?  I'm thinkin' maybe it see's you as already logged in or something and throws the error...

both my tower and my cell do the same thing...internet 8 on bth

I'm running IE 6 and have no probs...I'm not allowed to update my browser due to compatibility probs with the software we use...maybe it's the same issue...
